Erica P stars in ‘Make Me Famous!’
Local Cincinnati singer inspired by hit TV show Married with Children.

Erica Pullins, P.K.A Erica P is a Pop/R&B music artist formerly of the Columbia Records music group Blaque. She has recently filmed a new show called “Make Me Famous”. It is a Docu-reality show as well as an industry tutorial on how to make it as a successful music artist coming from Cincinnati, OH. The show highlights her visits to places like New York City and her experience with the independent music scene. She sees firsthand the hunger, the dedication and the sacrifice of what struggling artists go through to “make it”.
Since the departure from the trio, Erica has been focusing on a solo career in her home town of Cincinnati, OH. She has cornered the market and has made a name for herself in that area. Now her intentions are to branch out and move outside of her immediate market.
She has developed an interest in promoting positive and fun ideas for her community which has prompted her to create a music video entitled “Peggy Rock”. Peggy Rock is an original dance as well as a parody of the Peggy Bundy character from the popular American television show called “Married with Children”. It has caught the attention of national media, music industry executives as well as dance institutions across America.
Being that the atmosphere of the music industry has changed so much, Erica’s motivation for pursuing music has changed to her being motivated to invoke positive change. Instead of writing and releasing music solely for charting status, she has been making songs, videos and films to help motivate young kids as well as young adults in her community and beyond.
The pilot episode of Make Me Famous can be seen directly on her website at www.ericap.com. Her aim is to showcase the show on popular networking sites to gain a buzz and then to pitch the sitcom to BET, MTV, VH1 and the Fuse. Erica’s management company APZ Entertainment has hired a NY based PR firm to handle the publicity for the projects as they concentrate on developing her sound and preparing a youth oriented dance contest incorporating the Peggy Rock song through the show.
