Cincinnati Professionalism is Questioned When it Comes to Music!

Professionalism – means acting appropriately and in a manner that is acceptable and careful. It is completing your tasks and responsibilities on time. On Feb 3rd 2012, in Clifton at the Nad Frog of the the event called BATTLE OF THE BEST, I did not see Professionalism from the Judges or the Individuals handling the event! This is the time when BigWil the artist is turned off and William Jackson the reporter is on! On the night of the competition BigWil came before 9 pm as the contract said to be, he arrived with his performance CD not scratched up, his music had his beats and back vocals only not the original song. During that night, artists showed up late and still performed but in the contract it stated clearly they could not if they were late. In the first round, the artists have 1 minute and thirty seconds to perform, before BigWil came on stage you had artists performing over their original music, and artists with skipped CD’S, Bigwil hit the stage doing what he has always been trained to do learning from THE SCHOOL FOR CREATIVE AND PERFORMING ARTS in Cincinnati… entertain. BigWil even asked two of his high school teachers from the school to come and watch the event so they can tell for themselves what was going on! In order to go to the next round you have to beat the first round, the artists who arrived late went to the next round, the artists who performed over their original music went to the next round, the artists with skipped CD’s went to the next round, but BigWil didn’t!
Before BigWil said “that’s a damn shame,” one of his teachers did. Here goes some real RAW truth. The judges and the people who ran this event ya professionalism sucks and not very well at that! I don’t care who you know, who you claim you know, who you promoted last week, this year, as the ROCK would say IT DOESN’T MATTER! Your professionalism is WHACK! After this event, I really can’t trust nobody claiming they are professionals when it comes to this music in Cincinnati. The only way I would ever do that is you gonna have to show you have done something real big and amazing, other then that stop using that word!
When it comes to that competition and the people who were involved I’m just stating the facts, if you have a problem with it you know my number, you know my facebook, & email. Don’t have no problem talking with you about your professionalism, I might teach you something! To be honest, BigWil feels like somebody cheated him out of his money, better yet STOLE from him, even though he kept his word following the contract somebody didn’t. So, Cincinnati before you use that P word, think about are you really that in the real world or just in your mind?
